Published in Buenos Aires by Inventarium, this book examines the political aspects in the work of the Argentine artist and architect Jacques Bedel. Art historian Graciela Sarti traces Bedel's career through the thematic lenses of Fires, The Anatomy of Fire, Confrontations and Catastrophes, America, and The Politics of Utopia. In the latter section of the book, archivist Florence Baranger offers a miniature approximation of the contents of the Jacques Bedel Archive. This book was the support of ISLAA, the Cultural Patronage of the City of Buenos Aires, and Pampa Energía.
